Bea Young is an international editor and filmmaker based in New York City, drawn to stories that deepen our understanding of people, culture, and the world around us. Her work is rooted in curiosity and a belief in the power of film to move people, challenge perspectives, and reveal the human stories behind larger ideas.

She is currently an editor at Atlantic Pictures, an Emmy-nominated production company, where she creates documentary-driven films and branded storytelling. Previously, she was an in-house editor at dentsumcgarrybowen, working across global campaigns for brands including American Express, United Airlines, and Subway.

 

With nearly a decade of experience across documentary, branded, podcasts and digital storytelling, Bea brings a strong editorial sensibility to every project—shaping narrative through performance, rhythm, emotion, and restraint. She is especially drawn to stories that explore identity, resilience, culture, adventure, and our relationship with the world around us.

Outside the edit suite, Bea's passions include endlessly traveling, music (particularly rock), and looking for her next adventure.
